The Battle Creek VA Medical Center requires a Contractor to inventory and compile all Combined Heating and Power (CHP) plant electronic devices that monitor flow, pressure, and temperature into one single document. Contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, tooling/specialty tooling, lift/scaffolding, and other miscellaneous special tooling/handling equipment to locate, identify, and inventory all transmitters/sensors throughout the CHP plant into one final document.
