Description This work involves the replacement of two paint booth exhaust fans and synchronizing the fan controls with the recently installed indirect gas-fired make-up air units. This work shall include all labor, material, equipment and supervision necessary to complete the job in a workmanlike manner consistent with recognized good practice and latest building code requirements. The Scope of Work shall include but is not limited to the following: 1. Lockout/Tagout and temporary removal of existing utilities that may inhibit the removal of the two existing vane axial fans and their replacement. 2. Removal of the two vane axial exhaust fans. 3. Installation of two new vane axial exhaust fans, including mating flanges to match the existing ductwork flanges. 4. The existing 480V 3 phase power feed, circuit breakers, and fuses for the existing exhaust fans shall be reused. 5. Control wiring and configuration with the existing indirect gas-fired make-up air units. 6. Start-up testing and balancing to maintain negative air pressure in the paint booths. 7. Training for RTA facility maintenance personnel.
