Main Street Streetscape Phase III

The work to be performed consists of furnishing all labor and materials to complete the Downtown Streetscape III. More specifically, the project will consist of milling, removal and installation of asphalt pavement, asphalt overlay, drainage installation, crosswalk removal & installation, striping, water service installation, curb & gutter, street lamp adjustment, grading and other construction activities typically related to roadway and streetscape projects. Bids must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in an amount equal to at least five percent (5%) of total amount bid for the completed work. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive informalities. Award of the contract, if it is awarded, will be to the lowest responsible bidder.

Division 26 -	Electrical, Lighting, Exterior Lighting, Lighting Poles and Standards.
Division 31 -	Earthwork, Earthwork Methods.
Division 32 -	Exterior Improvements, Operation and Maintenance of Exterior Improvements, Bases, Ballasts, and Paving, Flexible Paving, Asphalt Paving, Rigid Paving, Concrete Paving, Curbs, Gutters, Sidewalks, and Driveways.
Division 33 -	Utilities, Instrumentation and Control for Utilities, Water Utilities, Water Utility Distribution Piping, Water Utility Distribution Equipment, Disinfecting of Water Utility Distribution, Water Utility Storage Tanks.
Division 34 -	Transportation, Operation and Maintenance of Transportation.
