| Description | The contractor shall maintain and repair BGS-owned equipment. BGS will be responsible for initiating the necessary repairs to be performed by the contractor through a Bluegrass Station Internal purchase order. The vendor will not be required to wait or come back to the site for the purchase order. Either the Grounds Branch Manager or the Maintenance Superintendent will issue a purchase order number to the vendor confirming the work is approved. |
