PE Pool and Dive Platform Repair and Natatorium Improvements

Base Bid Package 1 $548,000 Base Bid Package 2 $12,000 Alternate 2.01 $17,000 Base Bid Package 3 $100,000 Alternate 3.01 $32,000 Alternate 3.02 $131,000 Bid Package 1 includes repair work to the dive towers. The 1-meter platform and 3-meter platform will be replaced. Repair work occurs on the 5-meter and 7.5-meter platforms and the base of the main tower support. All railings are replaced. The ladders to the 3-meter and 5-meter platforms are replaced with a new stair. Bid Package 2 includes concrete repairs to the Main Pool tank in the Sub- Basement. Alternate 2.01 includes concrete repairs to the Instructional Pool tank in the Sub-Basement. Bid Package 3 includes painting and tile cleaning/repair in the Main Pool tank. Alternate 3.01 includes painting and tile cleaning/repair in the instructional Pool tank. Alternate 3.02 includes removing the ceramic tile in the Main Pool tank and installing a PVC liner in the Main Pool tank.
