| Description | We have a requirement for at least a 50 ton mobile crane with operator to load 7 different pieces of railroad repair equipment on Ft. Rucker, AL, on or about 14 October 2021. The heaviest and largest piece weighs 70,000 pounds, with dimensions (length - 39' 9" x 10' 6" wide x 10' 6" high). The crane will need to lift the equipment off of 5 different 8' 6" wide flatbed semi trailers that will be positioned right next to the crane, and swing it 180 degrees and place onto a railroad track. The crane outriggers can be placed within 10 ft of the centerline of the railroad track. Rigger support with slings and attachment devices will be provided by government. No spreader bar will be required. |
