| Description | Contractors are to install one 3 ton Fujitsu or Daikin multi zone mini split heat pump with two 9000 BTU and two 7000 BTU cassette type air handlers. Contractors will install the cassette type air handlers in the center of each room. Condenser will be mounted on a pre fab wall bracket that is rated for its weight. Brackets are to be installed according to manufacturer specifications. Contractor will run power wire from panel C to the disconnect box with new conduit as needed. Contractor to install new control power wire, line set and drain that will be covered with approved cover and installed in a straight, squared manner. |
