Description

This Project consists of performing all the following work on the east wall of the IPD Building: 1. North Fire Escape: Lead Based Paint removal from steel stair case structure, followed by removal of identified deteriorated/corroded fire escape steel sections components, and replacement of corroded components. 2. South Fire Escape: Complete stair case structure removal from the building Necessary repair work and patching on structural connection removal areas and blocking up an existing exterior door.
