Washing of Hangar 55 Interior Walls and Door at U.S. Coast Guard Base Elizabeth City, North Carolina

Contractor shall provide all equipment, labor, services & supervision necessary to complete Washing of Hangar 55 Interior Walls and Door at U.S. Coast Guard Base Elizabeth City, North Carolina. The Contractor is to furnish all supervision, labor, equipment to include scissor lifts, and materials to wash dirt, debris, cobwebs, and mildew off of the interior hangar walls, interior door, all structural support beams, catwalks, and other horizontal and vertical surfaces of Building 55 at USCG Base Elizabeth City, NC. Approximate area to be cleaned is 65,000 sf. This project will be conducted in at least two phases to facilitate one aircraft in the hangar and equipment storage while the other half is cleaned. Electrical power will not be removed during cleaning. Water will be available on site, but no waste water or chemicals may be allowed into the drains. A mechanical floor sweeper can be utilized to control waste water, but will not be provided by the Air Station. All contractors who bid on this project must schedule an onsite meeting with the COR prior to submitting their bid.
