| Description | The West Building is scheduled for complete demolition. The work covered under these Specifications includes removal of all building materials that contain asbestos. This include, floor tile & mastic, transite sheeting, pipe insulation, ceiling tile glue, window frame caulk, fire rated doors, visual display boards, vibration dampener cloth, roofing, glass block caulk, and window glazing. The asbestos building survey report has been included to provide additional information; please know the Scope of Work defined in these Specifications shall supersede information provided in the attached Asbestos Building Material Survey. |
