Southampton Estates Lobby Addition

Construct a 3,810-square-foot addition onto the nursing facility at Southampton Estates. Courtyard renovations, a small building canopy addition, and a parking lot reconfiguration are also proposed. A porte-cochere will be constructed over the driveway, connected to the new addition. The proposed use of the addition is for extended lobby space and a hallway connection to another part of the existing building. The reconfigured parking area will have 79 spaces including 4 parking spaces for persons with disabilities. Areas of impervious surface are being removed, including two buildings, a walking path, and a shuffleboard court to allow for the impervious surface created by the new addition.
