Description

The scope of the services will include but not be limited to: Complete review of the HVAC system of the Downey School, located at 55 Electric Avenue, Brockton, MA. 02302. Re-design and modify the current total electricity run system with a new and upgraded electric & gas fired HVAC system. The school is multi-level, has multiple roof top units, and has a total area of approximately 119,00 square feet plus attached modular classrooms of an additional 2,250 square feet. In addition: Cursory review of all other school department buildings and schools totaling 19 complexes less the Brockton High School.
