| Description | RFQ - NPDES Permits Inspections. Request for Qualifications RFQ # 23-20 NPDES Permits Inspections The Henry County Board of Commissioners is soliciting statements of qualifications from qualified consultants to provide engineering, consulting, and compliance services to assist Henry County with the Stormwater Management Program (SWMP) and associated water quality subjects. The primary task will be in complying with the requirements of the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) and any additional services contained and described in the Scope of Work. All respondents to this RFQ are subject to instructions communicated in this document and are cautioned to completely review the entire RFQ and follow instructions carefully. RFQ's may not be withdrawn for sixty (60) days after the time and date set for closing, except as allowed by OCGA. Henry County reserves the right to reject any and all RFQ's and to waive any technicalities. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time. |
