As of March 2023, this project has been withdrawn from letting Specbook: 2016 The Build America Buy America ("BABA") provisions of the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act ("IIJA") as defined in PL 117-58, enacted on November 15, 2021, apply to this project. Description of work: structural concrete patching, movable bridge traffic barrier, bridge operator's house renovation, electrical systems, and related work. Questions submitted within a period of 96 hours prior to the advertised time for the opening of bids, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and any other legal holidays, may not be answered prior to bidding.
