Chestnut Hills Paving Street Project

Goals: 15% Perform full depth patching to no less than 10” in all areas determined to exhibit base failures that are marked. Roadway surface is to be milled to a depth of 2” throughout and resurfaced with 2” compacted Hot Mixed Asphalt Type C. Re-install existing pavement markings to include stop bars, crosswalks, bike sharrows and centerline. All work and materials must conform to the current SCDOT standard specifications for highway construction. Bid line items will be provided in the contract for bid. All quantities are approximate and the total cost of the project will be based on the total cost listed in the bid, excluding the line items for curb and gutter replacement. Location: This work will take place on the following streets in Columbia, SC 1. Arborvine Court. 2. Pond Oak Lane. 3. Bluff Point Road. 4. Gauley Drive. 5. Wiltown Court. 6. Groves Woods Court. 7. Highland Creek Lane.
