Union Middle Asbestos Remediation

CSD will be entering into a contract for asbestos remediation for Union Middle School. Contractor selection will be based on the selection criteria listed herein. This will be a fixed cost proposal based on the findings report provided by R&R Environmental. Asbestos findings outside this report will be negotiated at the time a discovery is detected. The District reserves the right not to award a contract to bidders where the District has determined that the Bidder may not have the capability to perform. This document is designed to provide interested contractors with sufficient basic information to submit proposals that CSD will evaluate. Proposing contractors are at liberty and are encouraged to expand upon the specifications to evidence service capability under any agreement. QA date changed from 02/27/2023 to 03/03/2023 7:00 pm
