Yuma Drive Saddleback Addition Street Repair And Stormwater Improvements

This project includes pavement repair and stormwater improvements on Yuma Dr. north of the intersection with E. Baton Rouge St. in the Saddleback Addition. The stormwater improvements include installation of 140 feet of perforated under drain and 103 feet of non-perforated under drain installed beneath approximately 280 square yards of full depth asphalt pavement repairs. The project also includes construction of approximately; 30 feet of 5' wide sidewalk; 50 feet of curb and gutter; 72 square yards of residential concrete driveway; ancillary pavement cold milling. Contract time for the project shall be Forty Five (45) calendar days. This project is located on E. Yuma Dr. north of the intersection with E. Baton Rouge St. in the Saddle back addition.
