Description

The work generally consists of improvements and repairs to two boat slip areas. Boat Slip Areas 1 and 2 require some dredging. Boat Slip Area 1: Replace all existing decking, deck piling, and deck framing for seven (7) boat slips. The existing roof and roof structure and existing boat lifts are to remain. Construct one new boat slip. Replace all electrical and water utilities. Boat Slip Area 2: Replace six (6) existing boat slips including decking, deck piling and roof structure piling, metal roof cover and boat lifts. Provide new electrical and water utilities.
