Greenhorn Gulch Affordable Housing Project

The Proposed Work consists of Construction of Utilities and Site Improvements associated with the Greenhorn Gulch Affordable Housing Project. The Greenhorn Gulch Affordable Housing Project will provide eight detached dwelling units on the property adjacent to the North Blaine County Fire Station. Work is broken down into the following schedules: Schedule 1: Expansion of potable water service; installation of irrigation system point of connection; construction of sewer septic system; construction of storm drain improvements; site grading and drainage; structural backfill and concrete foundations; backfill and finegrading. Schedule 2: Concrete and asphalt surfacing; shoulder treatments and pavement markings. Construction of Utilities and Site Improvements associated with the Greenhorn Gulch Affordable Housing Project.
