On-Call Exterior Window Washing Services

The purpose of this Request for Qualifications ("RFQ") is to solicit Qualification Statements from Proposers to identify firms for on-call window washing. One or more qualified firms will be placed on a pre-approved list and may be selected for qualified projects to be identified in the future. All listed firms will be expected to sign the County's form of On-Call Independent Contractor Agreement in form attached to this RFQ ("Agreement"). For each separate project, the project description, exact scope of required services, performance schedule, compensation, and other matters will be set forth in (or attached to) a separate Work Authorization, a form of which is attached to the Agreement ("Work Authorization"). However, County offers no assurances that that there will be any projects, or that any listed firm will be offered a Work Authorization.
