This solicitation is for removing all existing sealant, and filler/backer rod. Route cracks and concrete joints, seal/re-seal all concrete joints and cracks with All Weather Butyl or equal for Goodfellow AFB, TX IAW the attached Statement of Work. Site visit information can be found in Section C, Descriptions/Specifications/Statement of Work. -Verbal explanations given before award will NOT be binding. Any authorized changes to this solicitation will be made in writing by issuing an amendment(s) to the offerors. Offerors shall acknowledge the amendment(s) in block 19 of SF FORM 1442 or by returning a signed copy of the amendment(s) with the offer. -NAICS code associated with this project is 238110. -Classification Code: Z - Maintenance, repair, and alteration of real property. -Size Standard: $16,500,000.00 -Disclosure of Magnitude of Construction Projects: Less than $25,000. The work to be performed under this contract and in accordance with this Statement of Work (see Attachment 1), shall consist of furnishing all necessary parts, labor, tools, transportation, supplies, supervision, equipment, materials, and incidentals necessary for providing all work shown on the drawings (Technical Exhibits), statement of work, and all applicable codes, regulations, standards and criteria in effect at the date of solicitation.
