| Description | Replace four (4) existing non-automatic eight-inch (8”) butterfly valves with four (4) new Bray or equivalent automatic eight-inch (8”) butterfly isolation valves. Replace two (2) existing chilled water pumps and two (2) cooling tower (CT) pumps with new upgraded chilled water and CT pumps. The pumps shall be upgraded from existing single speed pumps to new variable speed pumps and integrated into the modified heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) control system. Contractor shall provide and install two (2) new variable frequency drives (VFD) for two (2) chilled water pumps and two (2) new VFDs for two (2) condenser |
