House 101 Roofing Project

Provide all equipment, supplies and labor to complete the following tasks: 1. Remove existing shingles down to the wood decking and dispose of shingles for House 101 Pecan Lane. 2. Properly secure loose sheathing through re-nailing. Awarded vendor to replace or repair damaged or rotten decking as needed. 3. Install new aluminum drip edge around entire perimeter of roof. 4. Install new synthetic roofing felt underlayment and secure with button cap nails. 5. Install new ice and water shield membrane in valley area. 6. Install 30-year Certainteed Landmark (AIA), algae resistant, class A fiberglass shingles #3235 Pewter, or functional equivalent. 7. Install Never-leak, neo-poly vent pipe boots and chimney flashing. 8. Repair and/or replace chimney and wall flashing to create a seal preventing water penetration. NOTE: if utilizing a caulk style flashing, Vendor will be responsible for using caulk to seal and prevent water penetration. 9. Remove and dispose of all debris upon completion of projects. Area is to be raked clean of roofing debris upon completion.
