The removal of an existing membrane roof, insulation and substrate, replacement of metal coping around parapet walls, replacement of roof flashings, roof drain clearing and adjustments, installation of a new elastomeric roof membrane system, insulation and substrate, new walkway pads, removal and replacement of skylights, exterior concrete wall repairs, repairs to awning supports and other exterior items, repair of the metal spire, replacement of neon light ballasts, exterior repainting including window & door trim, metal doors, staircase, fixtures, etc., scaffolding and pedestrian walkway protection and other work as described in the plans and specifications.
