| Description | The work under this Contract consists of street lighting circuit conversion of the B4 Circuit and L3 Circuit from high voltage series to low voltage parallel with LED; with removals of existing concrete bases, salvaging of poles and arms, replacement of damaged items, installation of new LED luminaires, low voltage infrastructure and all incidental items necessary to complete the work as shown on the Plans and included in the Special Provisions.
