Village of Germantown N112 W17001 Mequon Road Germantown, WI 53022 Well House No. 7 Electrical Improvements In general, Work consists of the following: Electrical and generator improvements to an existing Well House including: MCC replacement, wall mount VFD, electrical service upgrade, generator replacement with exterior fuel tank, concrete tank pad, concrete pavement, and restoration. The Work will be substantially completed within 550 days after the date when the Contract Times commence to run All Work will be under a single prime Contract. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Prequalification of Bidders is required. A statement of Bidders Qualification form will be issued with the Bid Documents or the Bidder can use their own qualification form. No bids will be accepted from any Bidder who has not submitted a Statement of Bidders Qualifications. The Owner reserves the right to reject the Bid of any Bidder who has been determined to be unqualified. All bidders must submit a prequalification form regardless of previous submittal of similar forms.
