Description

The project is to mitigate rockfall hazards along five (5) slope sections along Pacific Heights Road. The project includes, but is not limited to: vegetation clearing, rock slope scaling, installing ground anchors, and installing shotcrete with sculpted finish The City will now be posting all bid information on the State Procurement Office's (SPO) Hawaii Awards and Notices Data System (HANDS) https://hands.ehawaii.gov/hands/. This website is also utilized by the State of Hawaii, Kauai, Maui, and Hawaii counties to post solicitations. The HANDS website does NOT provide notification of an addendum's posting.
