| Description | The Housing Authority of Kansas City, Missouri (HAKC) is seeking proposals from qualified entities or individuals for the provision of Plumbing Maintenance Services, in accordance with the specifications in this Scope of Services. The contract period shall be the date of issuance of the Notice to Proceed through a two (2) year term. At the sole option of HAKC, the contract may be extended up to three (3) one (1) additional year. Prices stated in the proposal shall be legally binding for the term of the contract, including renewal periods.
