Description | Question Deadline 08/25/2023 The PCHA reserves the right to reject any or all bids. The project includes two properties. Cypress Villas I consist of seven (7) residential buildings and office building. Cypress Villas II consist of twelve (12) residential buildings. The Contractor shall provide all materials, labor and equipment necessary to execute the work requested in accordance with the minimum standards as set forth in this scope of work. Each Contractor is required to perform their own quantity takeoffs to prepare their bids. Locations- 20613 Blanchette Ct. Dade City, FL 33523 38526 Patti Ln. Cypress Villas I consist of seven (7) residential buildings and office building. Cypress Villas II consist of twelve (12) residential buildings. The Contractor shall provide all materials, labor and equipment necessary to execute the work requested in accordance with the minimum standards as set forth in this scope of work. Each Contractor is required to perform their own quantity takeoffs to prepare their bids. A site map is included. The work may consist of: 1. Completely pressure clean all buildings, scrape and prepare exterior for painting. 2. NO painting of T111 siding, if applicable. 3. Repair all cracks, holes and stucco as needed. 4. Repair door frames. 5. Remove all nails, brackets, screws, etc. 6. ONE coat primer and TWO top coats as recommended by manufacturer. 7. Apply a primer to the entire exterior of the buildings, soffit, including all exposed wood, concrete, stucco, masonry, handrails and ferrous metal by following the paint manufacturer's recommended preparation instructions. 8. When primer has set, paint the entire exterior of the buildings, soffit, fascia, gable in, stucco walls and all exposed wood, concrete, stucco, masonry, handrails and ferrous metal by following the paint manufacturer's recommended preparation instructions. 9. Paint with two (2) coats of SHERWIN-WILLIAMS EMDERALD EXTERIOR ACRYLIC LATEX PAINT is requested to perform this work. 10.Follow manufacturer's recommended drying time between coats. 11.Include pressure clean all sidewalks, walkways, slabs to remove any paint or chemicals. 12.Doors have to be properly sanded and prepare to receive paint. 13.Work will be guaranteed against defects of materials for 3 years and against defects in workmanship for 3 years after date of completion. 14.PAINT COLOR: Body SW7029 Agreeable Gray. Doors & Trim SW7048 Urbane Bronze The Contractor shall provide to PCHA all submittals, all permits and permissions, these costs shall be included in the bid. Contractor shall be responsible for repair of any damage to PCHA property and restoration of any area disturbed by the work to the satisfaction of the PCHA's representative prior to final payment. Any repair and/or restoration of damaged area shall be performed at no cost to the PCHA. Contractor shall supply all safety or warning signs, equipment, plastic covers, barricades and any other specialty items that may be required |
