| Description | The Board of Trustees of the North Suburban Library District, 6340 N. Second Street, Loves Park, IL 61111 (the "Board"), will receive sealed bids on the Demolition of 6320 North Second Street, Loves Park, IL 61111, the building totaling approximately 2560 square feet. All Bids shall be on a Lump Sum basis; Unit and Time/Material pricing shall be required for repair of latent defects. Bids received after this time will not be accepted. The Contract shall include a prevailing wage provision pursuant to the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act (820 ILCS 130/1-12). The Board reserves the right to waive informalities in the bidding and to reject any or all Bids. |
