Whitehall Pool Improvements

Contract No. 1 - General Construction This project involves the construction of a new municipal pool, including, but not limited to, clearing and grubbing; existing site feature demolition and protection; unclassified bulk excavation; erosion and sediment control measures; storm sewer installation including rain garden construction; asphalt and concrete paving; retaining wall construction; construction of a new pool; construction of new ancillary buildings; renovations to an existing bathhouse; and associated landscaping and plantings, complete in place. Contract No. 2 - Electrical Construction This project involves electrical construction for a new pool and ancillary buildings, and renovations to an existing bath house, including, but not limited to, existing electrical demolition; and associated site, pool and building electrical construction, complete in place. Contract No. 3 - Plumbing Construction This project involves plumbing construction for a new pool and ancillary buildings and renovations to an existing bathhouse, including, but not limited to, existing plumbing demolition; and associated site, pool and building plumbing construction, complete in place. Contract No. 4 - Mechanical Construction This project involves mechanical construction for a new pool and ancillary buildings and renovations to an existing bathhouse, including, but not limited to, existing mechanical demolition; and associated site and building mechanical construction, complete in place.
