Description

Project consists of the replacement of nine (9) existing rooftop units with new packaged gas/electric rooftop units at the Birmingham Campus. The project also includes replacing four (4) existing air handlers with four (4) new fan-coil units in existing mechanical rooms and the replacement of fourteen (14) existing water-source heat pump units in existing mechanical rooms at the Bessemer Campus.
