2021 Water and Sewer Improvements

The work generally consists of the following major items: 1. Cleaning, video, and rehabilitation of approximately 3,900 lineal feet of 12-inch sewer main, 1,200 lineal feet of 15-inch sewer main, and 2,700 lineal feet of 18-inch sewer main by installation of a cast-in-place-pipe (CIPP) liner. 2. Associated bypass pumping. 3. Where identified by the Owner, seal and rehabilitate existing manholes as specified. 4. Removal and replacement of approximately 1,660 lineal feet of 6-inch water main, and 25 lineal feet of 8-inch water main. 5. Associated temporary service, valves, fire hydrants, connections, and asphalt pavement replacement. 6. Replacement of one pressure regulating valve and associated interior piping.
