Description

81,563 gross sq. ft. of space to be used for clinic or administration space. Renovation will occur on all floors, the rehabilitation unit of the 5th floor shall remain with the same function. The space will be impacted with infrastructure rework and the potential inclusion of additional rehabilitation components. The total affected area is approximately 133,000 sq. ft. Due to the function of existing space and the required twenty-four/seven (24/7) operation, the work will require several phases.
