Bids and all prices so bid shall include freight to the Pottawatomie County Requesting Agency. Bidders must familiarize themselves with the conditions and must bid with the understanding that full cooperation in carrying out the requirements of the specifications will be expected. Thoroughly clean and prep existing roof surface per Manufacturers requirements. b. Apply TPO per Manufacturers requirements. c. Provide a 20 year warranty. d. Provide a 2-year contractor warranty. e. Schedule appointment time for visual inspection of roof before bid closing.
