The Jacksonville Parks & Recreation, Jacksonville, Pulaski County, Arkansas, invites bids on the Shot Curtain Superstructure for the Arkansas Game and Fish Foundation Shooting Sports Complex. The City of Jacksonville hereby notifies all bidders that this contract is subject to applicable labor laws, nondiscrimination provisions, wage rate laws, and other federal laws including the Fair Labor Standards Acts of 1938. The Work Hours Act of 1962 and Title IV of the Civil Rights of 1964 also apply.
