Buildings LAC-T and PCC-II Roof Restoration Project

Contractor shall be Garland Liquitec(R) certified installer and provide all labor, equipment, and tools necessary to perform the following scope of work which includes without limitations to: Restore roofing at Building T North and South at LAC and Building II at PCC, with a 20-year, using Garland Liquitec(R) fluid applied roofing restoration system as denoted in Bid Docs (Specs & Drawings). Contractor to provide & install waterproofing at all drains, flashings, penetrations, sheet metal trims/curbs/coping/ hoods/transitions, mechanical curbs, and any other roofing penetration or build-out condition and re-stripe Building Letter on roofs. Contractor shall perform work to achieve weather tight, waterproofing system. Contractor shall water test roofs with manufacturer and LBCC FPG representative present and submit Daily Report with photos to record date & time and to photo document method, water volume and duration, locations, test outcome, and corrections to achieve mfr. warranted waterproofing system.
