Fairfield City Schools Crossroads Middle School 255 Donald Dr. Fairfield Ohio. Fairfield City Schools Creekside Mille School 1111 Nilles Rd. Fairfield Ohio. A. Furnish all labor, materials, tools and equipment necessary to remove existing carpeting and install new Carpeting or VCT/ cove base as indicated and/or specified herein. B. Move furniture as needed to complete the project. C. Remove and dispose of existing carpet and cove base. a. Approximately 43,000 sq. ft. at East Elementary School b. Approximately 5,600 sq. ft. at North elementary School. c. Approximately 46,000 sq. ft. at Crossroads Middle School. d. Approximately 12,644 sq. ft. at Creekside Middle School. D. Prepare substrate for application of new carpet and or VCT/cove base. E. Install Carpeting or VCT and cove base in Library and computer areas, classrooms and common areas as specified herein.
