| Description | The FHA is soliciting sealed bids for the provision of On-call Painting Services. Contract shall be for a period of 1 year with an option to extend for 1 additional year, not to exceed $75,000 total. No bidder may withdraw their bid for a period of 30 working days after the date set for the opening thereof. Attention is directed to the minimum wage rates to be paid as determined by the Department of Labor and Workforce Development under the provisions of M.G.L. c. 149, 26 - 27D. The bidding and award of this Contract will be under the provisions of M.G.L. c. 149, 44A, et seq. and the provisions of M.G.L. c. 30, 39S.
