2023 Surface Overlay Program

The 2023 Surface Overlay Program consists of a road segment on RS 607 with the potential of also adding a segment on RS 361 as described below. Alternate #1 - Project RS 607 The project involves an asphalt overlay consisting of a 1" leveling course and a 1 1/2 " surface course on a segment of RS 607 beginning about 62' east of the NW Corner, Section 10, Township 27S, Range 8W and extending 4.0 miles east to a point about 107' east of the NE Corner, Section 7, Township 27S, Range 7W. Exceptions for the overlay include the bridge located 3.7 miles east of K-11. The project is based on 22.0' and 24.0' wide surfaces.
