Description

North Adams Housing Authority Electrical Services Bids are being solicited for the N. Adams Housing Authority for a one-year contract for on call electrical services at multiple sites of multi-unit housing for low-income residents. Bids shall be in a sealed envelope, endorsed with name and business address of the bidder and marked Electrical SERVICES. The selected Contractor shall be expected to perform routine emergency electrical maintenance services at all housing authority properties. Electrical maintenance services include, but are not limited to, installing wires, conduits, apparatus, fixtures or other appliance for carrying or using electricity for light, heat or power purposes. The North Adams Housing Authority reserves the right to waive any informality in or reject any and all bids if it is in the public interest to do so. The North Adams Housing Authority strongly encourages Section 3 employers to participate.
