Professional Services for Engineering Design and Permitting Services for No Name Key Bridge and State Road 4A Repair Projects

The Design for repairs to the No Name Key Bridge shall include, but shall not necessarily be limited to, plans and specifications which describe all systems, elements, details, components, materials, equipment, maintenance of traffic (MOT), and other information necessary for construction. Repairs include embankment and rip-rap removal and replacement on the West End of the bridge as well as guardrail repairs on both ends of the bridge and stormwater/environmental protection required to perform the work. The Design for repairs to State Road 4A shall include, but shall not necessarily be limited to, plans and specifications which describe all systems, elements, details, components, materials, equipment, maintenance of traffic (MOT), and other information necessary for construction. Repairs include roadway shoulder repairs, embankment replacement and stabilization and stormwater/environmental protection required to perform the work. There will be two separate designs each having their own task order and invoicing with the correlating FM project numbers provided by Florida Department of Transportation listed.
