MD Anderson seeks to procure Competitive Sealed Proposals for General Construction Services for TWO projects: 1. Bastrop Chimp and Baboons Cooling Station Replacement Project No. 190646 Description: Install replacement package heating and cooling air condition units on multiple Bastrop buildings. Please review Attachment (11) "190646 2022-10-25 Bastrop Chimp and Baboon Bldgs. Cooling Station" in the Buyer's Attachments section for full project scope. 2. Bastrop Building 302 SPF Baboon Conversion Project No. 200137 Description: Remodel the Bastrop Chimp Compound to convert it into Baboon housing. Please review Attachment (12) "200137 Bastrop Bldg. 302 SPF Baboon Conversion P and C Dwgs" in the Buyer's Attachments section for full project scope. Key Reminders and Requirements: Respondents are required to submit TWO HUB Subcontracting Plans - one for each project. Respondents are required to submit TWO Pricing, Delivery, and Execution of Offers - one for each project. Respondents are required to review both sets of agreements and exhibits for each project. T. System document, entitled "Prevailing Wage Guidelines." A copy is attached to the Owner's Special Conditions, which are included as an Exhibit to the Owner's Standard Agreement. The penalty for violation of prevailing wage rates has been increased from $10.00 per underpaid worker per day or portion thereof to $60.00 per underpaid worker per day or portion thereof. Owner may evaluate the Proposals based on the anticipated completion of all or any portion of the Project. Owner reserves the right to divide the Project into multiple parts, to reject any and all Proposals and re-solicit for new Proposals, or to reject any and all Proposals and temporarily or permanently abandon the Project.
