Description

Re-Connect existing outfall pipe at joint with concrete collar and fabricated elbow. Replace existing Timber Bent. Replace Rip Rap on side slopes as needed. Sedimentation Build Up in front of outfall needs to be removed. No riprap shall be placed below the ordinary high water mark. A ROW Permit From HCFCD needs to be obtained prior to construction.
