Description

The project includes removal of existing low-slope roof assemblies and installation of a new low-slope roofs totaling approximately 11,800 square feet. The new assemblies are described in the drawings. The project also includes clerestory window replacement, skylight replacement, and stucco wall repairs. Bids will be received for a Single Prime Contract. All proposals shall be lump sum.
