FY 2023 Implementation of Highway Safety Manual Based Predictive Safety Analysis in the MAG Region

The Maricopa Association of Governments ("MAG") is requesting proposals from qualified consultants for the FY 2023 Implementation of Highway Safety Manual Based Predictive Safety Analysis the MAG Region. The purpose of the project is to implement the Highway Safety Manual based safety management process for arterial-arterial and arterial-collector urban intersections in the MAG region using predictive methods. The implementation will require development of network level safety performance functions and deployment of a software tool/spreadsheet tool capable of automating the HSM based steps for the safety management process. The project will be completed in about 18 months from the date of the notice to proceed at a cost not to exceed $150,000.
