Description

The scope of work includes packaged rooftop unit replacements at Berks Hall and Student Union Center: 1. HVAC Construction Contract – HVAC construction work is required for replacing nine (9) rooftop packaged units at RACC’s Berks Hall and Student Union Center. In addition to replacing the existing units, the new units shall be provided with MERV 13 filtration and bipolar ionization equipment. The scope of work will also include controls work. 2. Electrical Construction Contract – Electrical construction work is required for disconnecting and reconnecting units to existing electrical circuits.
