Application of a Polyurethane Industrial Roof Coating

1. Preparation of an approximately 18,500 square foot roof of the Highway garage as necessary to receive one-inch (1”) (nominal, plus or minus ¼”) of 2.8 pound per cubic foot closed cell roof foam (Gaco Western Roof Foam, or equivalent) over the entire roof, sealing all penetrations and voids as well as installing a minimum of 40 mils of Specialty Products, Inc. Elastaflex HP polyurea (or equivalent product) over all roofing foam sealing to penetrations and existing flashings. 2. Preparation of approximately 18,500 square foot roof of the Highway garage as necessary to receive one-inch (1”) (nominal, plus or minus ¼”) of 2.8 pound per cubic foot closed cell roof foam (Gaco Western Roof Foam, or equivalent) over the entire roof, sealing all penetrations and voids as well as installing a minimum of 40 mils of Specialty Products, Inc. Elastaflex HP polyurea (or equivalent product) over all roofing foam sealing to penetrations and existing flashings, approximately 9,250 to be completed in 2021 and the remaining approximately 9,250 to be completed in 2022.
