Salitrillo Wastewater Treatment Plant Progressive Design Build Upgrades

The objective of this solicitation is to identify Design Build firms that are capable of designing, planning, executing and constructing the expansion of the Salitrillo Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP).The purpose of this project is to provide Progressive Design Build services for the expansion of the Salitrillo WWTP. The Salitrillo WWTP is an extended aeration plant with four trains and currently has a permitted annual average flow of 5.83 MGD, which will be expanded to an annual average flow of 7.33 MGD. This project is to be designed and constructed by the successful Design Build firm, and therefore all design and construction activities may commence immediately after contract award. The WWTP will remain in operation throughout the duration of this contract period.
