If interested in prequalifying as first tier or bidding as a second tier, please contact kim.neese@christmanco.com for additional information.** Bid Package #2: Structural Concrete, Roofing, Waterproofing Package (Includes Structural Concrete, Roofing, Waterproofing) This project includes a new three-story, approximately 140,000 SF K-8 Expeditionary Learning School with associated site improvements, site access, parking and complete system upgrades for new K-8 school. No demolition of existing building, hardscape, etc. to be included as part of this scope. D.A. Everett/Christman, A Joint Venture has been selected as the Construction Manager at Risk . D.A. Prequalification Forms Part A and Part B are posted for your use. Each subcontractor should fill out both forms and supply all required attachments. If you are interested in multiple work scopes, please check which scopes on Exhibit 1 included in Prequal Form Part B. We will contact you if any information is missing as we will be scoring each prequal form using the Scoring Matrix (Exhibit 2). Prequalified bidders will be notified by email.
